The Firm

de Capoa Law Firm was founded in the year 1986 by Lawyer Antonio de Capoa and, since its establishment, has dealt mainly with Community Law and Commercial Law, both national and international, in all its many expressions.

Over the years, anticipating the times and trends, the Firm has forged strategic alliances with highly qualified professionals (often selected from the academic world), residing in Geographical Areas that have since turned out to be strategic and crucial for the world economy, such as South America, Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans and the Caucasus, the Mediterranean basin and Central Africa, and the Middle and Far East. Significant, in this sense, are the first professional experiences with the People's Republic of China and Russia, which date back to the mid’80s, and with the “Islamic World”, which began in the second half of the ’90s. Relations with the institutions of the ’European Union originate even further back in time.

A clear and successful strategic vision of positions, always projected into the future and accompanied by significant pragmatism, has meant that the firm has been among the first law firms in the world to create stable joint venture relationships with other law firms in some of the countries now unanimously considered most interesting and rich in prospects. This has been possible also and above all thanks to the deep knowledge of the culture and customs of the countries with which the relationships are maintained, and the consequent type of approach in the relationships, always marked by the utmost respect and loyalty.
